PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (THIS "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. BY USING ChatAthena(THE "APP"), THE USER AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AND LEGALLY BINDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP, APP SERVICES OR THE SITE.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our App for personal or commercial purposes.

Third Party Notices. The Software may include third party code that ChatAthena, not the third party, licenses to you under this agreement. Notices, if any, for the third party code are included for your information only. Third party scripts, linked to, called or referenced from the Software, are licensed to you by the third parties that own such code, not by ChatAthena.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks;
• Interfere with the operation of our App, including without limitation: (a) transmitting any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other code of a destructive nature; or (b) attempting to overload, flood, spam, or crash our servers or networks;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our App, or attempt to derive the source code for our App;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access our App or extract information from our App; or
• Sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer or make available our App to any third party.

Ownership

ChatAthena and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary interest in the App and that these Terms do not grant you any rights in or to the App except as expressly stated herein.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App, including without limitation: (a) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; or (b) that the App will meet your requirements, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation: (a) loss of profits, revenues, or data; or (b) any other economic harm arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our App, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatAthena, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our App or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Termination

We may terminate these Terms and your access to our App at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of our App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Subscription Info

With an ChatAthena Premium subscription, you can unlock all premium features described in the App. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of your selected subscription. You can manage subscription and turn off auto-renewal purchases by going to your Account Settings. Any unused portion of ChatAthena's free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How to cancel subscriptions on an iPhone?

1. Start by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
2. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial at the bottom.
4. You'll get a pop-up telling you when the subscription will expire if you cancel, and you can tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

How to cancel the subscription on Google Play?

Subscription on Google Play renews automatically unless you cancel it. If you want to cancel a subscription, please open Google Play Store, tap Menu-Subscription-Tap the subscription you want to cancel-Tap Cancel subscription button. You can check the details at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.

How to restore my purchase?

If you restored from a backup, or you deleted and reinstalled our App, you are able to restore the items you've previously paid for. Just open the App and click the Settings tab, then click "Restore purchase" to restore your in-app purchase.
